To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website use and public ROMPOS website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding relating to website use or public website terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless a separate signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
No Mandatory Arbitration
ROMPOS public website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
